Is Shura free?
Yes, while Shura is in beta. Paid plans will be announced well in advance.
Which apps can I use?
Point of sale, stock, purchasing, invoicing, quotes, expenses and reports, plus the contacts and products they share. Install only the ones you need, and add more any time.
Do I need special hardware for the till?
No. Any tablet, phone or laptop with a browser works. 58 or 80 mm receipt printers print through the browser, and barcode scanners that type work as they are.
Can I bring in my products and stock?
Yes. Import products, contacts and opening stock from a spreadsheet. One file with names, prices and quantities can fill both products and stock.
Can my documents be in Indonesian?
Yes. Each customer and supplier has a language, and their PDFs and emails use it. Your team can use Shura in Indonesian or English.
Can I charge PPN or other taxes?
Yes. You set up your own tax rates, and each product and invoice line can have one.
Which currencies can I invoice in?
Any ISO 4217 currency, such as IDR, USD, SGD or EUR. Each invoice keeps its own currency.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite members and choose what each one can see or change, page by page; a cashier can be limited to their own sales.
Is my data kept apart from other companies?
Yes. Every company has its own workspace, and the database itself keeps each workspace's data separate.
